Overview

The report covers the Group's property development, property investment, securities investment and loan financing businesses for the year ended 31 March 2025, excluding the disposed Eminence subsidiary from environmental and social KPIs. It reports 22.08 tonnes of CO2e Scope 1 emissions, 27.45 tonnes of CO2e Scope 2 emissions, 998 m3 of water consumption and 2.49 tonnes of waste. The Board has overall ESG oversight and the Group conducted a materiality assessment; the workforce comprised 18 employees and women represented 40% of the Board.
