Overview

The report presents eClerx's FY21 ESG strategy around resource efficiency, workforce inclusion, governance and stakeholder materiality. It states alignment with 10 of the 17 SDGs and details selected community and environmental initiatives. FY21 KPIs include zero one-time or multiple-use plastic usage, 100% non-drinking wastewater recycling, 4% renewable energy usage for electricity, 1,996 fresher jobs and zero office injuries. Governance disclosures cover a nine-member board with one independent woman director and assign ESG responsibility to four department heads.
