Overview

The report describes a Group-wide sustainability governance framework in which the Board oversees sustainability strategy and execution, supported by a Sustainability Committee. FY 2024 environmental disclosures include total energy consumption of 3919.44 GJ, Scope 2 emissions of 849.21 tCO2e and Scope 3 emissions of 225.98 tCO2e. The workforce profile reports 203 employees and 33.3% women on the six-member Board. Selected climate and energy indicators were subject to an independent limited assurance engagement by ASAP Advisory PLT.
