Overview

The report presents Edinburgh Airport's first Greater Good sustainability strategy and reports carbon neutrality for Scope 1 and 2 emissions in 2021. It records total 2021 emissions of 61,514 tCO2e, including 58,792 tCO2e of Scope 3 emissions. The report also records 485 directly employed people and 100% waste diversion from landfill. Renewable-energy actions include biomethane use, 100% green electricity procurement and the planned airfield solar farm.
