Overview

The report highlights EFG's strong 2021 performance, with operating income of CHF 1,254.6 million, net profit of CHF 205.8 million and revenue-generating Assets under Management of CHF 172.0 billion. It describes a broadened sustainability strategy built around EFG's responsibilities as an asset allocator and as a firm, supported by ESG integration, proprietary GRIP research and sustainable-finance products. EFG established a Sustainability Advisory Board in July 2021, co-chaired by the Chair and CEO, to guide sustainability strategy and disclosures. Across the Group, year-end employees totaled 3,027 FTEs.
