Overview

The report describes EG's 2023 progress toward its three ESG objectives: becoming climate positive, a diverse and unified workplace, and an honest, trusted and accountable software company. It reports 3,924 MWh of total energy consumption, 128 tons CO2e of Scope 1 emissions and 270 tons CO2e of location-based Scope 2 emissions, alongside 34% women employees and one work-related injury. The report also highlights expanded Scope 1 and 2 coverage and the ESG Committee's oversight of targets and activities.
