Overview

The report describes EG's move toward a first smart manufacturing plant and its Industry 4.0 strategy. Its sustainability statement identifies economic, environmental and social priorities, including whistle-blowing, supplier audits, ISO 14001:2015 environmental management, scheduled-waste controls and energy-management oversight. As of 30 June 2019, the Group reported approximately 2500 employees and described workplace safety systems based on OHSAS18001:2007 and MS 1722: Part 1 2011. Governance oversight was assigned to the Risk Management Committee, with the Board accountable for reviewing sustainability performance and reporting.
