Overview

The report describes EAEF's 2021 impact across capital deployment, employment, impact governance, and portfolio sustainability indicators. It reports $28M invested during 2021, 11,254 total jobs created, and 18,817 total jobs sustained. The company also established an Impact Committee to oversee impact management and aligned impact metrics with the SDGs and GIIN IRIS+. The annex reports 5,360 female jobs, 25% average women’s representation on boards of direct investments, and six greentech startups across the portfolio.
