Overview

The report presents the Group's fourth ESG report, covering environmental and social performance in its PRC and Hong Kong operations under the ESG Reporting Guide. It reports 49.47 tonnes of CO2e total greenhouse gas emissions, 96 m3 of water consumption and 25 employees at 31 March 2025. The Board has overall responsibility for ESG strategy and reporting, while the Audit Committee oversees ESG-related issues. Workplace fatalities were reported as 0.
