Overview

The report presents Elekta's 2016/17 sustainability approach around four focus areas: safe and efficient products, business ethics, sustainable sourcing and environmental focus, and human rights and diversity. It says the company joined the UN Global Compact and identified SDGs 3, 5, 8, 12 and 16 as areas where its solutions could contribute. During the year, Elekta revised its anti-corruption policy, expanded risk-based due diligence of distributors, and established a global sustainable sourcing program. The Group reported 3,681 employees at April 30, 2017 and net sales of SEK 10,704 M.
