The report describes Elettronica's 2021 social responsibility and sustainability performance, covering governance, people, supply chain and environmental management, while excluding Elt GmbH and CY4Gate from the reporting scope. It reports a 771-person company workforce and 30,000 training hours. Renewable energy production reached 230 MWh, and photovoltaic electricity savings reached 588 MWh.
