Overview

The report presents Elica's 2025 Integrated Annual Report and a Consolidated Sustainability Statement prepared under ESRS and CSRD. The Group reported 460,560 Euro thousands of revenue, 2,434 employees, 36.84% renewable energy share and 11,621 tonnes of waste generated. Gross 2025 emissions were 4,142.69 t CO2e for Scope 1, 8,690 t CO2e for total location-based Scope 2 and 609,768 t CO2e for Scope 3; EY S.p.A. provided limited assurance.
