Overview

The report describes a 69-person workforce at year-end and a sustainability governance structure led by the Board and supported by the CEO, top management and a Quality Management Committee. It identifies economic, environmental and social material matters, including local procurement, energy reduction, recycling, safe working conditions and human capital development. Environmental actions included replacing more than 90% of fluorescent lighting with LED lighting and installing a 585.42kWp solar PV system, with expected annual generation of 811,978kWh and stated annual CO2 reduction of 549.12 tonnes. The Group also reported approximately 80% locally sourced materials in 2020.
