Overview

The report describes Emeco's inaugural ESG Strategy development and a materiality assessment identifying eight material ESG themes, with actions, metrics and targets being finalised for FY23. Safety performance included no fatalities and a nil LTIFR, while TRIFR was 1.9. The workforce grew 23% to 1,390 employees by June 2022, and women represented 13.02% of the Group workforce. Emeco also achieved its FY22 target to increase the proportion of female employees by 10%.
