Overview

The report describes Emeco's inaugural ESG Strategy, endorsed by the Board in February 2023, with an ESG Committee formed to discuss, shape and measure initiatives. FY23 safety performance included no fatalities across Emeco operations, although TRIFR rose to 2.9 and LTIFR was 0.3. The Group's workforce stood at 1,193 at 30 June 2023, with women representing 13.41% of the workforce.
