Overview

The report is Emeria's first CSR report and presents its More Sustainable Housing strategy across environmental, client, employee, and community priorities. It sets a group carbon-neutrality goal for 2040 and describes the RENOV! project, which identified almost 2,500 potentially eligible buildings and trained 1,200 joint property managers in energy renovation. The report also highlights actions on employee wellbeing, diversity, client services, business ethics, and local stakeholder engagement.
