Overview

The report describes the Group's 2018/19 ESG performance across residential, commercial and industrial properties in Hong Kong and industrial properties in mainland China. It reports 262.31 tonnes of total GHG emissions, 370.66 '000 kWh total energy consumption and 8,943 m3 water consumption. ESG oversight rests with the Board assisted by the CSR Committee, and the Group reports zero work-related fatalities and lost days due to work injury.
