Overview

The report describes the Group's ESG governance, environmental performance, workforce, and operating-practice initiatives for the financial year ended 30 June 2023. The Board holds overall responsibility for ESG strategy and reporting, supported by an ESG Committee and Executive Committee. Environmental data include 753,940 kgCO2e of Scope 2 emissions, 2,160 kgCO2e of Scope 3 emissions, 4,950 GJ of total energy consumption, and 3,764 m3 of water consumption from the reported cinema sample. The Group had 743 employees and reported zero work-related fatalities during the year, alongside anti-corruption policies, training, and whistle-blowing procedures.
