Environmental, Social and Governance Report

Overview

The report covers the Group's FY2023/2024 ESG performance across Hong Kong and Macau. It expanded quantitative environmental data collection to all six Group projects, reporting Scope 1, Scope 2 and Scope 3 emissions, energy and water consumption, and waste data. The workforce reached 630 employees at 31 March 2024, while the Board retained overall responsibility for ESG strategy and reporting. The report also describes materiality assessment, workplace safety, anti-corruption controls and community initiatives.
