Environmental, Social and Governance Report

Overview

The report covers the Group's six projects - three hotels and three leasing apartment blocks in Hong Kong and Macau - and presents FY2024/2025 environmental performance data. Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions totaled 14,950,864 kgCO2e, while total energy consumption was 86,409 GJ and water consumption was 276,512 m3. The Board retains overall responsibility for ESG strategy and reporting, supported by ESG and Executive Committees, alongside initiatives spanning employee welfare, anti-corruption and community engagement.
