The report sets out the company's full Net Zero strategy, targeting net zero across operations, developments, the property portfolio and energy consumption by 2033, with a wider all-emissions target including Scope 3 by 2050. It reports progress on energy efficiency and GHG disclosure, no RIDDORs reportable to the HSE during the year, and initiatives covering fire safety, employee wellbeing, student wellbeing and diversity.
