Overview

The report presents Endava's first Sustainability Report, organizing its We Care approach around people, social impact, responsible operations, innovation and data integrity, and environmental impact. In 2021, Endava reported 8,883 employees, 35% women, revenue of £446m, and 99% completion of Code of Conduct training. It disclosed group location-based Scope 2 emissions of 1,070 tonnes of CO2 equivalent and highlighted renewable electricity use in Central European delivery centres. The report also describes the launch of RISE mentoring, a D&I Forum, data privacy initiatives, and plans to audit its environmental footprint.
