Overview

The report describes Endo's 2022 ESG progress across four pillars, including a new Office of Integrity, supplier diversity expansion and ESG Steering Committee governance. It reports 2,959 global employees, 38% women on the Board, and more than 99% employee completion of quarterly Code of Conduct training. Environmental disclosures include 12,718 Metric Tons CO2e of Scope 1 emissions, 36,208 Metric Tons CO2e of Scope 2 emissions, 144,893,725 gallons of water consumption and 713 tons recycled. Endo also donated approximately 638,000 units of medicines.
