Overview

The report presents Engelhorn's first large-scale sustainability data collection and uses corporate carbon footprints to establish a basis for reducing emissions. It describes a 2019/20 footprint of 87,048 t CO2e, detailed Scope 1, 2 and 3 hotspots, renewable-energy and LED measures, and a Scope 1 and 2 climate-neutralisation project for 2021/22. The company also reports supply-chain sustainability attributes, repair, secondhand and upcycling initiatives, employee programmes, and extensive regional social and cultural projects.
