Overview

The report presents Engineering's 2024 sustainability performance across a global workforce, double materiality assessment, climate action and environmental management. It reports 13,884 employees, 5,536 tCO2e of Scope 1 emissions, 5,248 tCO2e of location-based Scope 2 emissions and 97,976 tCO2e of Scope 3 emissions. The Group's SBTi-validated plan targets a 42% reduction in absolute market-based Scope 1 and 2 emissions by 2030 from a 2022 baseline. The Sustainability Report was independently subject to limited assurance by Deloitte & Touche S.p.A.
