Overview

The report documents Envalior's first full calendar year following its 2023 formation and establishes 2024 as a harmonized climate baseline. It reports gross Scope 1 emissions of 242,064 t CO2e, location-based Scope 2 emissions of 202,448 t CO2e, and Scope 3 emissions of 5,912,786 t CO2e; total energy consumption was 1,501,200 MWh and renewable energy share was 22%. Sustainability governance is organized around an ESG Board chaired by the CEO and supported by five cross-functional subcommittees.
