Overview

The report presents FY2025 as the Group's first full year as a publicly listed company and describes the establishment of its first structured double materiality assessment. It reports a first structured GHG inventory totaling 661.54 tCO2e, including Scope 1, Scope 2 and selected Scope 3 categories, alongside total water consumption of 18,589 m3. The report also highlights Board-led sustainability oversight, internal ESG governance structures, workforce safety performance of zero fatalities, and initial energy and waste monitoring systems.
