Business Responsibility Report

Overview

The report describes the Bank's 2021-22 Business Responsibility performance under nine principles, including financial inclusion and community initiatives. It reports 17,607 employees and 68,788 training man-days, with 15,722 unique employees trained. CSR spending totaled INR 1,790.81 lakhs through EDIT and EHF, while microfinance programs supported 54,897 persons with disabilities during the year. The Bank also reports digitization, paper-reduction and energy-efficiency practices, and no CPCB/SPCB notices as of March 31, 2022.
