Overview

The report presents ELS's 2024 environmental performance, including 178,939 MWh of energy consumption and 45,253 MT CO2e of Scope 1 and 2 emissions. It highlights a 41% increase in on-site solar production, a 21.8% waste diversion rate and extensive biodiversity assets across the portfolio. Social disclosures include women representing 53% of team members and 59% of management positions. LRQA independently provided limited assurance over selected GHG, energy, water, waste and biodiversity metrics.
