Overview

The report sets a 30% absolute Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions reduction target by 2030 from a 2018 base year and reports that the target was approved by SBTi. It also completed a portfolio-wide climate risk assessment, obtained limited LRQA assurance over selected 2022 environmental data, and reported 14 average training hours per employee with more than 42,800 total training hours.
