Overview

The report shows that the company improved resident and employee satisfaction in 2023, with 6,810 employees at year-end and an employee eNPS of 34. It completed its first environmental programme, calculated a Group-wide carbon footprint of 45,975 tCO2e, and reported 3,613.6 tonnes of waste generated. The report also describes carbon-neutral electricity purchases beginning in 2024 and continued work toward carbon neutrality.
