Overview

The report covers ESR-REIT's FY2025 sustainability performance across Singapore, Australia and Japan, with environmental data reported under an operational-control boundary. Highlights include expansion of emissions targets to the global portfolio, 60.9% green-building certification coverage and 21.2 MWp of Singapore solar capacity. It reports 39 permanent full-time employees, 84.6% employee satisfaction, 770 volunteerism hours and zero workplace fatalities. PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP provided limited assurance over selected energy intensity, water intensity and solar-capacity KPIs.
