Overview

The report covers April 2013-March 2014 performance across sea transportation and oilfield services. It reports implementation of SEEMP on all vessels and certification with International Energy Efficiency certificates. Sustainability governance is placed on the Board agenda, with quarterly Board evaluation and CSR committee monitoring. DNV GL performed a moderate-level assurance engagement against GRI G3.1 and VeriSustain.
