Overview

The report describes a 2012 expansion to 341 employees across seven countries and 7,098 external training hours for Group employees. It reports continued HSE-focused management and identifies an HSE executive committee overseeing policy, objectives and performance. Energy and greenhouse gas data are disclosed for only part of the Group, with the report acknowledging incomplete coverage. SOCOTEC independently reviewed the CSR data, covering at least 70% of the consolidated workforce for social indicators and 96% of production for environmental and societal indicators.
