Overview

The report is Etika Group's inaugural ESG publication, bringing together two years of progress across environmental stewardship, human rights, health, and community impact. It reports a 42% reduction target for Scope 1 and 2 emissions by 2030 against a 2019 baseline. Packaging progress includes 100% rPET content for all CSD 500ml bottles in Q2 2025 and all CSD 400ml bottles in Q4 2025, excluding Mountain Dew Neon Bottle. The report also describes initiatives in human rights, healthier products, community partnerships, inclusive vending, flood relief, and employee wellbeing.
