Overview

The report voluntarily applies ESRS and CSRD requirements and presents a double materiality assessment across Eurazeo's operations and value chain. For 2024, it reports 562 employees and consolidated gross emissions of 45 tCO2eq for Scope 1, 705 tCO2eq for location-based Scope 2 and 3,687,006 tCO2eq for Scope 3. Eurazeo reports SBTi-validated decarbonization targets, including a 55% absolute reduction in Scope 1 and 2 emissions by 2030. The sustainability information is accompanied by a reproduced limited assurance report from PricewaterhouseCoopers Audit and Forvis Mazars SA.
