Overview

The report covers Evergreen Marine's 2018 economic, social and environmental actions and achievements, including employee care, sustainable shipping, environmental management, stakeholder engagement and community programs. It reports 1,770 employees, 6,160,073 tCO2e of Scope 1 emissions and 25,451 tCO2e of Scope 2 emissions. The company has set a 40% CO2 reduction target by 2030 against a 2008 baseline and describes CSR Committee reporting to the Board. Deloitte Taiwan provided limited assurance over selected disclosures.
