Overview

The report describes Fabege's 2024 sustainability work across climate, energy, circularity and social impact. The company achieved specific energy use of 70 kWh per square metre Atemp and reported a 67 kWh primary energy rating. It also conducted a double materiality analysis, maintained its carbon-neutral property-management ambition for 2030, and reported EU Taxonomy alignment of 65% of turnover, 55% of OpEx and 38% of CapEx.
