Overview

The report presents Fabege's 2025 sustainability performance across climate, resource efficiency, social responsibility and governance. Highlights include 93% renewable energy, a 100% certified investment property portfolio, 97% waste recycling and 94% supplier screening. Scope 1 emissions were 0 tonnes CO2e, market-based Scope 2 emissions were 1,703 tonnes CO2e and Scope 3 emissions were 38,265 tonnes CO2e. It also presents a double materiality assessment, EU Taxonomy and TCFD disclosures, GRI reporting in accordance with the Standards, and SBTi-approved climate targets.
