Overview

The report highlights HSO's social-value programme across people, planet and prosperity. Its annual graduate programme trained 252 graduates, with 61 subsequently employed by HSO. Environmentally, HSO reports that its offices transitioned to 100% renewable electricity and says it offset 673.87tCO2e of pre-COVID Scope 3 emissions to 0tCO2e. In the community, HSO reports raising over £114,000 for charity and an app that helped KidsOut increase toy-box distribution from 4,000 to 13,500 annually.
