Overview

The report describes Ferguson's FY 2021 stakeholder priorities assessment and Board-approved ESG framework, aligned with SDGs 6, 8 and 12. It reports 31,000 associates, 3,243,831 GJ of total energy consumed and carbon-emissions data across Scopes 1, 2 and 3. Ferguson also committed to reducing Scope 1 and 2 emissions intensity by 35% per million USD of revenue by 2026 against a 2019/2020 baseline. The Board explicitly oversees the company's sustainability efforts and ESG strategy.
