Overview

The report presents Ficosa's 2018 CSR performance across its global operations, covering majority-owned facilities and describing selected boundary exclusions. It reports €1,184 million in sales and 10,243 employees, alongside 9,214 t CO2e of Scope 1 emissions, 61,440 t CO2e of location-based Scope 2 emissions, and 11,827 tonnes of waste. Ficosa states that the report follows GRI Standards and describes its support for the UN Global Compact, with sustainability activities linked especially to SDGs 3, 8, 12, 13 and 16. The report also details programs addressing safety, energy efficiency, water consumption, waste management, responsible sourcing and employee development.
