Overview

The report presents FDC's first ESG report for 2019, covering the head office and major operating subsidiaries in real estate, hospitality, banking and financial services, and power and utilities. It reports 10,303 permanent full-time employees across five subsidiaries, with women representing 60% of that disclosed workforce and 43% of the Board. Environmental tables disclose Scope 1 emissions of 2,192,915 tonnes CO2, Scope 2 emissions of 281,021 tonnes CO2 and water consumption of 6,560,051 CBM, while noting that environmental data collection remains limited.
