Overview

The report presents the Group’s 2022 ESG management and performance for operations in the PRC, covering real estate agency, property management and value-added services. It describes a materiality assessment that identified 20 ESG issues and highlighted eight material topics. Environmental KPIs include 158.05 tonnes of Scope 1 emissions, 7,465.56 tonnes of Scope 2 emissions, 13,037,056.22 kWh of total energy consumption and 568,976.00 tons of water consumption. The Group reports no work-related fatalities during the reporting period.
