Sustainability Report

Overview

The report is Finnish Minerals Group's first Group-level sustainability report applying CSRD requirements, covering 1 January-31 December 2024. It presents a double materiality analysis and reports Scope 1 emissions of 126,929 t CO2e, market-based Scope 2 emissions of 148,911 t CO2e, and Scope 3 emissions of 430,786 t CO2e. Total energy consumption was 748,458 MWh, including a 25% renewable-energy share. Workforce disclosures show 789 permanent, 52 temporary and 1 non-guaranteed-hours employee FTEs, while the parent-company Board had eight members and 37.5% women.
