Overview

The report is First BanCorp's inaugural ESG Report for calendar year 2021, describing formal adoption of an ESG framework, a Sustainability Policy, and ESG oversight by the Board and Leadership Team. It reports a workforce that was 67% women, with 57% women in management and 33% women in the ELT, and more than 119,000 training hours delivered to over 3,600 employees.
