Overview

The report describes the Bank's comprehensive ESG strategy and multiannual targets, including environmental and climate-risk management, financial inclusion and workforce diversity. Its 2025 indices report a carbon footprint of 10,557 CO2 eq tons and 3,455 employees. The report also highlights extensive community support during and after the war, with approximately NIS 5 million in Group donations during 2025.
