Overview

The report presents FIS's 2019 sustainability activities across its three sites and organizes them around a three-pillar Sustainability Vision. It reports 1,745 employees, including 18.5% women, alongside total energy consumption of 973,270 GJ and total Scope 1 and 2 emissions of 91,075 as printed. The report also describes the harmonization of its sites under ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and ISO 9001 management systems. Its sustainability agenda is linked to SDGs 4, 8 and 12, with extensive disclosures on water, waste, safety, training, supply-chain monitoring and stakeholder engagement.
