Overview

The report is flatexDEGIRO's first separate non-financial Group management report for 2020. It highlights the appointment of an ESG officer, an 11-topic materiality analysis and the addition of sustainability topics to corporate governance committee agendas. Following the DEGIRO integration, year-end staffing reached 971 employees, while the report records three work or commuting accidents and no discrimination incidents. Environmental reporting focuses on energy efficiency, direct vehicle emissions and purchased electricity and heat, with more comprehensive emissions recording planned for 2021.
