Overview

The report describes Focusrite plc's first ESG materiality assessment, conducted with an external consultancy, identifying 17 issues and a materiality matrix. It reports FY21 gross Scope 1 and 2 emissions of 363.6 tonnes CO2e and total energy consumption of 1,745,147 kWh. The Group appointed its first full-time Head of Sustainability, reported directly to the Board, and switched UK sites to renewable electricity. It also launched formal diversity and inclusion structures and maintained an employee eNPS of +43 amid COVID-19.
